The villa comprises five bedrooms spread over two levels, each with its own bathroom and spacious showers; two of these bathrooms also feature Jacuzzi tubs. The villa comfortably accommodates 10 guests, and four of the five bedrooms have private balconies with fantastic sea views. Three of these bedrooms offer king-size beds, while one bedroom has two large single beds. The fifth bedroom, although without a sea view, includes a king-size bed, TV and DVD player, a private kitchenette, and direct access to the courtyard.

On the ground floor, there is a large living room that opens directly onto a covered terrace where you can relax and swim in the infinity pool. Additionally, you can dine at the 8-seat dining table or enjoy an evening barbecue. The luxurious Western-style kitchen is fully equipped to meet all your needs.

Also on this level, you can unwind in a comfortable lounge and enjoy a movie on the 50-inch flat-screen TV supported by a modern Bose surround sound system.

Downstairs, you will find a game room featuring another 50-inch TV and DVD player, a billiards table, a table tennis setup, and a bar with ample seating, all offering stunning sea views. This floor also includes a utility room with washing and drying machines, as well as large storage spaces.

The villa comes with daily full-time housekeeping service from 8:30 am to 5 pm. Optional services such as a chef, nanny, and driver can be arranged upon request.
