Bedroom 3 (the green room) has a queen-size bed, small desk and feature designer chair, ideal for teenagers requiring their own space. Bedroom 2 and 3 share a generous family bathroom with large walk-in shower and double wash hand basins and vanity unit.

Bedroom 4 (the yellow room) has a comfortable queen-size bed, and benefits from its own en-suite shower room.

This floor also houses a very spacious living/dining room containing a large Lloyd-Wright inspired dining table providing seating for 10. The living area has a large leather L shaped sofa, flat screen LCD TV, cable and home theatre. You will also find a selection of DVD's, CD's and board games for all the family. An open plan fully-fitted Western-style kitchen rounds out the accommodation on this floor.

The apartment has both private street access and stairs up to the pool deck and main house. Its bedroom (bedroom 5) has a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom, while bedroom 6 has two large 3.5’ single beds and an extra living room with an L shaped sofa, TV/DVD player and cable TV.
