Entering through the villa’s main gates, you are welcomed into the central communal area of the building, featuring a living room with a high vaulted ceiling. To the left is the master bedroom with direct access to the pool, and to the right is the dining area and a well-equipped guest kitchen.

Beyond the dining area is an entertaining terrace. Stone steps lead down to the lower level. Straight ahead, you’ll find a spa room and gym, while a corridor leads first to a lounge with a 65-inch TV. Farther along, there are three bedrooms and a second staircase that ascends back to the pool level, with one more bedroom located at the end of the hallway.

The villa features floor-to-ceiling folding glass doors in the living and dining areas, as well as in the master bedroom.
