Patio Duplex Malaiwana · 3 bedroom

The three-bedroom Patio Duplex Malaiwana Residence is located just 20 minutes’ drive from Phuket Airport and within easy reach of several of Phuket’s top attractions and entertainment options, including golf, spas, restaurants, beach bars and shopping malls. Throughout your stay, a team of staff, including a talented Thai chef and an English-speaking manager, will ensure that your every need is met both inside and outside the estate.

The Patio Duplex Residence occupies the first and second floors of three-storey apartment buildings at Malaiwana. In each Patio Duplex, a central staircase connects the three upper-floor bedrooms to the open-plan living, dining and kitchen areas. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors in the living area open out onto the pool terrace, and beyond that is a paved terrace overlooking the garden. The master bedroom and one of the upper-floor guest bedrooms overlook the sea and have stunning views from their balconies.

The master bedroom is located on the top floor and has a private balcony with sea views. A spacious walk-in closet leads to a marble bathroom with a freestanding bathtub. The room is equipped with a king-size bed. One of the guest bedrooms is located next to the master and they are almost identical. The second guest room is on the same floor, in another part of the house.

On the first floor there is another room that has sliding glass doors that lead to the pool terrace. The room has many uses and can be converted into a media room for movie screenings, an office when you need to work, or an additional bedroom. A private marble bathroom, closet and TV provide additional convenience.
