The 4-bedroom villa is located on the southern section of the beautiful and quiet beach of Samui, Lipa Noi Beach, in close proximity to the Gulf of Thailand.

The 13-meter swimming pool is just a few steps from the beach. At the end of the terrace with sun loungers, there is a small cozy gazebo.

The spacious living room with glass doors opening onto the pool terrace has a comfortable sofa and armchairs arranged around a teak coffee table and a large TV with satellite channels. Next to it there is another small room also with a TV and a chess board.

Between these two rooms is a well-equipped kitchen with access to the main living room.

The master bedroom takes pride of place in the villa, with huge sliding glass doors that provide direct access to the pool and stunning ocean views. The king-size bed is complemented by two large, cozy chairs adorned with beautiful silk pillows. The room is equipped with an iPod/iPhone docking station and a large flat-screen TV with DVD player. The bathroom has a double vanity and shower, but the highlight is the square outdoor tub for two.

The two guest bedrooms are smaller than the master, but no less comfortable. One has a king-size bed, the other has two single beds. Both have en-suite bathrooms with showers.

The third guest room is located above the garage and is equipped with all the amenities to make it self-contained. The room has a king-size bedroom with a sitting area, as well as a spacious balcony overlooking the rest of the villa and the sea. The kitchenette has a breakfast bar, refrigerator, microwave and two-burner electric stove. The bedroom has a large TV with DVD and CD player with radio and iPod/iPhone docking station.
