Villa Amanzi · 7 bedroom

The 7-bedroom Villa Amanzi is nestled on a hillside overlooking stunning Kata Noi Beach.

Spread over three levels, with spacious outdoor living areas and a pool, Villa Amanzi is designed to make the most of the sea views.

A spacious open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped granite bar, work desk and Bose TV/entertainment system takes up most of the villa’s middle level. The living area overlooks the sea. A dining table for 10 is set at the far end of the room, where a staircase leads down to the kitchen. The huge, bright kitchen with floor-to-ceiling windows is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

On the lower level of the villa is a living room with a TV (off the bedroom), which opens onto a balcony overlooking the sea and walled garden.

The terrace by the 15-metre infinity pool is equipped with sun loungers. The fan-cooled gazebo is just steps from the pool level and is equipped with a barbecue grill, a dining table for 10, a pool table and comfortable sofas. More sofas are scattered along the shaded terrace that runs alongside the pool, while an outdoor spa room and sauna overlook the gazebo.

All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, and all but one overlook the sea.

One master bedroom is located on the top floor, the other on the middle floor. The bedrooms with king-size beds have spacious en-suite bathrooms and incredible sea views.

The two guest bedrooms on the top floor are interconnected and offer fantastic views from the shared sun terrace that stretches out in front of them. Both bedrooms have king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms with showers.
