The 6-bedroom Villa Chada is part of the Laemson Estate, which stretches across the Millionaires' Mile headland at the northern end of Kamala Bay on Phuket's west coast. Nearby is access to a beach cove ideal for snorkelling. Three kilometres away is Kamala, a traditional fishing village with its own golden beach, while further south along the coast is Patong, known for its vibrant nightlife and shopping extravaganza.

The villa has four gabled pavilions scattered around the grounds. The classic architecture, along with high ceilings, polished wooden floors and antique art pieces collected by the owner over the years, create an interesting atmosphere.
