Villa Chi · 5 bedroom

The 5-bedroom villa is located on a white sand beach, fringed by swaying coconut palms, with clear sapphire blue seas lazily lapping the shore.

Along one side of the villa is a 20-metre swimming pool with a Jacuzzi and cozy gazebos with stunning ocean views. On the other side are shared tropical gardens and a wooden deck with sun loungers by the pool on the seafront.

The spacious living area features a large sofa, comfortable soft armchairs, coffee tables and a large TV.

The dining area features a modern open-plan kitchen with separate black stone serving and breakfast counters, and an elegant glass-topped dining table for 10.

The spa and massage room are located on the level below the dining area, next to the gym.

All five bedrooms are bright and cosy, with king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms with rain showers or bathtubs. Creamy white floors contrast with dark wood Thai-style furniture. All bedrooms have air conditioning, ceiling fans, personal safes, flat-screen TVs and Bose or Sony sound systems.

The spacious and elegant master bedroom opens to the main courtyard and features a four-poster bed, as well as a large closet and dressing area. The light-flooded bathroom overlooks the pool and sea and features a freestanding ceramic bathtub and black stone shower. The double vanity is finished in the same striking black stone.

One guest bedroom is located next to the main one and also has access to the main courtyard.

Separately at the end of the house are two bedrooms on the ground floor, each with its own garden terrace and sitting area. These two rooms are also self-contained with a fridge, microwave, kettle and coffee maker.

Upstairs is a large bedroom with access to its own spacious roof terrace with sun loungers, a living room and sea views. The bathroom has a rain shower and a vanity unit.
