Set on a 2,416 sqm plot, the villa offers approximately 1,900 sqm of indoor and outdoor living space. Five spacious ensuite bedrooms comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. Each bedroom features its own sea-view terrace, jacuzzi bathtub and minibar, while the master suite also includes a private steam room.

The main outdoor highlight is a spectacular 16-metre infinity pool overlooking the Andaman Sea. Three of the guest bedrooms also feature their own private indoor infinity pools, offering an exceptional level of comfort and privacy.

Villa Varya is designed as a complete private retreat, with everything guests need for an effortless holiday. Facilities include a media room, billiards, fully equipped gym and yoga room, open-air spa, BBQ area and spacious terraces for relaxing and dining outdoors. A karaoke system and sound system are also available, while guests have access to a pickleball court.

The stay is supported by a dedicated team of five staff members, including a private chef. Daily housekeeping, turndown service, guest service, a Continental or Asian breakfast served from 7:00 to 11:00, and round-trip airport transfers are included.

The private chef prepares meals at the villa, with food and ingredients charged separately. Additional services can be arranged on request, including in-villa massages and spa treatments, car rental, a private van with driver, laundry service, as well as wine and champagne.

Families are well catered for, with a baby cot and high chair available on request. The villa also offers high-speed Wi-Fi and parking for up to three cars.
