Villa Waimarie · 6 bedroom

A 6-bedroom beachfront villa located on the southern stretch of Samui's beautiful and serene Lipa Noi Beach.

Next to the pool, you'll find a spacious beachside gazebo, large enough to accommodate a long dining table with side benches, an L-shaped sofa, and two armchairs, all offering stunning sea views. Ceiling fans under the vaulted roof keep the space cool and comfortable.

The 15-meter swimming pool is just steps away from the beach, inviting you to enjoy the ultimate seaside experience.

Surrounding the villa is a lush garden filled with tall coconut palms and manicured lawns, creating a tropical paradise. Birds and butterflies flutter between the greenery, adding to the tranquil atmosphere. Children will be thrilled with the playground nestled in the garden. A highlight among the villa's amenities is the private tennis court, which also features a basketball hoop in one corner for added fun.

The dining room, adjacent to the kitchen, has a large square table that seats 12, as well as a spacious breakfast bar. There are four refrigerators, including a wine fridge, and a coffee machine. The living room has huge sofas and armchairs, a TV, and a DVD player.

The six bedrooms are arranged in pairs in three spacious bungalows. Each pair has a connecting door, making the bungalow ideal for families, although these doors can be locked for privacy if required. Each room has air conditioning and a shaded veranda with a sofa and armchair. All six bedrooms have spacious bathrooms with double vanities and rain showers. However, the pride of the house are the elegant freestanding bathtubs, each set under a glass roof.

Three bedrooms are with a king-size bed, opposite the bed is a sofa with colorful cushions, and in the corner is an elegant table and chair made of teak wood.

Two rooms with two single beds, although smaller in size, are no less comfortable. If desired, the beds can be joined to form a double. One of these bedrooms has a wide-screen TV and DVD player.

Another guest bedroom with a pair of bunk beds. This room also has a TV and DVD player.
